We are a family home offering Bed & Breakfast in two double bedrooms that share a guest bathroom. The comfortable rooms contain colour TV, clock/radio and tea/coffee facilities, and breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the garden. We are located in the village of Marsham, 8 miles north of Norwich and 1 mile south of Aylsham. This is conveniently located for Norwich, the airport, the Norfolk Broads and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
There is a pub with restaurant a short walk away, and many other pubs and restaurants within easy driving distance.
Cost per night is £45 for a double room, £30 for single occupancy(£25 per night for 2 or more nights in single occupancy).
We regret that we are unable to accept debit or credit cards, but will accept cash or cheque.

How to find us:
Marsham is about 8 miles north of Norwich and 1 mile south of Aylsham. Turn off the A140 at the sign saying Marsham that points to the left if coming from Norwich and to the right from Aylsham (there are bus shelters and street lighting at this junction). Drive into the village, passing the school on the right. We are on the left, the last house before the side turning on the left. Our full address is:
